Application Form / Template

In order to have a valid application, we would like you to answer as accurate as possible to the following questions, and fill in with the proper answers the empty fields:
1 ) Your real name, if you would like to share it with us:
2 ) What is your age? :
3 ) Which is your nationality ? :
• If you live in another country different than your nationality, feel free to mention, because there might be a different timezone, and we would like to be aware of it.
4 ) Which languages do you speak? :
• English is mandatory.
5 ) Your character`s name:
6 ) What is your character`s level? :
( Don`t forget, the minimum level to join is 170, however we can make exceptions in some cases. )
7 ) What is your character`s class? :
( For example: Wizzard.)
8 ) Which is your honor rank ? :
( Minimum is honour rank 12, however exceptions can be made in some cases. )
10 ) In which guilds have you been before? :
• If you moved from another server, you have to mention those aswell.
• What determined you to leave the previous guilds?
11 ) Have you ever been blocked / banned? :
• If yes, mention why, and for how long.
12 ) Are you experienced in dungeons?
• Mention the number of finished runs from every one of the following:
• IC1:
• IC2:
• AOS1:
• AOS2:
• FI:
• FT2:
• MO:
Do not try to lie about this thing, because someone from the guild`s leadership may ask you for screenshots to check if everything is accurate.
13 ) What are your gears? :
14 ) Your expectations from us and what can You offer us ? :
15 ) Do you use TeamSpeak3 ? :
• Could you use it if it would be needed ?
16 ) Do you have any friends in SolariS ? :
• Feel free to mention if they are still active or not anymore.
18 ) Have you carefully read our guildrules (LINK - Click to open) and forum rules (LINK - Click to open) ?
• By applying, you automatically admit that you agree and you will follow our guildrules / guidelines.
• Feel free to write also Your opinion about them

• The more complete, accurate, and well written your application is, the higher chances you have to join.
• Do not lie in your application, under any circumstances.
• Do not copy any other previous applications, we are interested in you, not in previous applicants.
• Your forum username should be similar to your IN GAME NICKNAME.
