    SolariS Guild rules

1. Rules apply for everyone, without any kind of exception.
2. If you have any kind of problem with the guildrules – you cannot join the guild.
3. If there is someone that will disobey the guildrules – his attitude will be discussed by the guild leadership; actions will be taken against, according to their ultimate decision.
- The person in cause will be moved in the “Warning” group until further notice.

4. Respect between guild members is mandatory .
5. An aspect about EOD B3F dungeon:  guild members CANNOT run this dungeon with the outsiders ( people that are not in our guild ), or with mixed parties ( people from our guild + people outside this guild ), when guild needs your support .

     6.  Concerning  TG ( Tierra Gloriosa ) : Everyone has to relog after reaching 150 points, if there is       someone from guild, waiting in the lobby and does not have 150 points.
 •   Important note: In the war that decides which nation gets the flag ( Saturday evening war), this rule does NOT apply; it is vital that everyone stays inside the warzone, and pays attention to the game, in order to win this war.
     7.   Always preffer your guildies before outsiders; what does that mean? Before asking your buddies for a dungeon, ask inside the guild first, and in case nobody is available, then you can ask your friends from buddy-list.
    8.  Everyone has the responsibility to maintain a good guild reputation.

9.  In Arcane Trace fights: GuildMaster, V-GMs will be the party leaders; in case no one of them is online, or there are numerous parties, people from the Commanders group will have the priority in leading the parties; however, there might happen that no one from the Commanders group might be available aswell, then, only the full members will be allowed to be party leaders.

                    Concerning drop sharing system, you will have to be aware of these things:

1) If guild members drop something good and expensive, they have the obligation to ask in guild if there might be someone needing the item.
2) Considering that a rare, expensive, good item has been dropped in a party, and someone that was member of that party wants to acquire ( buy) that item, he will pay 40% of the price established by the party leader according to channel 6 / Auction House prices.
3) If someone that was not in the party that dropped the rare item, and he wants to buy the item, he will have to pay 80% of the price established by the party leader according to channel 6 / Auction House prices.
4) If two people (or more), that were in the party when the item dropped and both of them  (or everyone that is interested in the item) want it, they need to lot, and the winner (highest lot) will pay 40% of the price established by the party leader according to channel 6 / Auction House.
5) If two (or more) people that  weren`t in the party when the rare item dropped, and both of them (or everyone interested in the item) want it, they will lot and the winner (highest lot) will have to pay 80% of the price established by the party leader according to channel 6 / Auction House prices.
6) If someone wants to sell a good/rare item outside the guild without noticing anyone about its existance, he will be removed instantly from the guild.
7) The sequence of selling  rare items inside guild: (even if someone else offers full price, or even more than that)
- Party member that passed the trial time. ( he pays 40% of the established market price. )
- Party member which still is in trial group. ( he pays 80% of the established market price. )
- Guild member, that wasn`t party member, which already passed trial time.
- Guild member, that wasn`t party member, but still is in the trial group.

8.) If there is someone that wants to buy a decent item ( for example BoF 7 ) that is being sold inside guild, he has 2 weeks to pay everyone in the party that dropped the item.
9) About EoX +8 / BoX +7/8: If you already had for example 2x BoS +7  before you joined the guild, bought by yourself, then you CANNOT buy anymore from the guild 2x BOS+7 for
40-80% of the price ( according to the case) .
• Side notes:  

 - If you get hacked / scammed, and you lost your BoX +7 for example, you will be able to buy BoX +7 for 80% of the market price.
 - If a scammed member and member who didn`t have BoX +7 before joining the guild are in the same party, and a BoX +7 is for sale, then,  they have to lot for it. - Winner (highest lot) can buy it for:  the scammed member will pay 80% / the normal member will pay 40% of the market price established.
 - Do not try to screw with us; we keep an eye on everyone, and if you`ll be caught trying to con us, you will be expelled without any kind of regret.
 - You cannot sell your jewellery acquired before joining the guild in order to benefit from the guild discount; any other BoX will be sold to you for the full price, if no one else that needs it will be interested in it.
 - A short reminder about who`s first in the queue regarding drops: partymembers (from guild, obviously),  guild members.
 - If you have to quit the game, and you have bought from guild with discount any kind of jewellery, you have to ask in guild, and sell it to those who need it, for the exact price you bought it for.
 - If you are returning to the game, you cannot buy anymore jewellery for 40% of the price established.
 - The things mentioned previously do not concern BoX +6 / BoX +3 of amp / slotted from FT2 and/or MO.


10)  About the jewelery/slot extenders that drops in Arcane Trace, the system works like this:

  • The upgrade cores raised by all the party members and they will be sold in Auction House, the alz resulted will be deposited in the GWH.
  • ALL the drop is collected only by the party leaders; the party leaders have the responsibility to set the proper looting rule in party, and after collecting all the drops, they will share it according to this system.
  • The highest ranked - from the all party leaders - is responsible with sharing the drops if it is the case; for example BoX 8 / Unbind stones.


The only people that are allowed to lot for any +8 jewel / unbind stone are / slot extenders :

  •  Full members only.
  •  The people who already own full set of +7 jewelery ( that means 2x BoF7, 2xVE7 ).
  •  The only people that can lot for an unbinding stone - are the people that can prove that they have an item unextended, that can be sold afterwards.

 
Side notes:
  • If you won the lot for BoX 8 / VE 8, Slot Exdenders  you will have to pay 100kk to GWH, and you will have to give your old BoX +7 ( or whatever you are replacing ) to the GM or V-GM, which will sell it and will deposit the alz in the GWH.
 • If you won the lot for unbinding stone, you have to pay 100kk to GWH for it.


What happend when Slot extender high/highest drop ?

Person who took SEH/SEHH from ground get 900kk for SEH, 9b for SEHH.
Winner of lot for SEH/SEHH put 100kk / 1b in gulid depo.
Everybody who was in golem when slot extender high/highest dropped and have item to bind can lot for extedners.
Price for : SEH= 1b, SEHH=10b  ( if prices on ah went lower then prices in gulid also )


            Loot system: Who is collecting the drops?

1) If you are in party with GuildMaster or Vice-GM, then they are first to collect the drops.
2) If someone collects the drop all the time, when he`s with GM, V-GM,  in party he will be moved to "Warning" group.
• He will be in  “Warning” group for a week,  if he won`t do it again during this week, he will be move back to his regular group; if he repeats it, he will be removed from the guild.
3) If party didn`t establish any other rules, you should keep in mind and use the ones above.

11)  If party drops Ring from FT2 or FT3 they have to ask guildmembers (and if some1 wants, they have to give it for free). Only when no1 wants from guild You can sell it outside guild

The groups in our guild:

1) Warning Group  –  This group is for the members with problematic behaviour.  (For example offensive language, racist behaviour / remarks,  people who broke the guildrules). A person  can be moved to Warning Group only if the guild leadership (GM + VGMs) decides so;  in extreme cases only the GM decides. A person being in Warning Group, is basically losing all his privileges for the time being. ( For example, the person who is in Warning Group, can run dungeons with the guild, but cannot acquire drops such as: BoX+7, Tyrant`s ring, or cores.  

Being here should be the last warning for you, a next offence will lead to your removal from the guild. In Warning Group, the warned person will be for a week, or more (if inactive), if he won`t repeat any kind of offence during this week, he will be going back to his regular group.

2) Last Chance Group  -  This group is for the members who are not active ingame and they didn`t announce previously their inactivity. Members can be moved to ''Last Chance'' group only by Guild Master`s and Vice Guild Master`s decision. A person being in ''Last Chance'' can`t buy items with discount.
If you are in  ''Last Chance'' group, you have the obligation to contact as fast as you can the GM or VGM and justify your inactivty in game. The more time passes without you announcing your inactivity, the higher chances you`ll have to find your character kicked out the guild.

3) Teach me plox Group - First of all, this is a group for the members who cannot play together and do not fully understand the word "teamplay". Secondly, if the guild member being in this group wouldn`t learn know how to play properly, and won`t make any kind of progress at all, automatically will be expelled.
• Vice-GM`s duty is to check whether the person is doing something to change his behaviour or not.
• ONLY Guild-Master can add and remove the people from this group.


4)  Commanders Group - This is a special group, for the people active in TG, who are giving the proper commands in the appropriate battle situations.
 •  To be in this group you have to be an exemplary gameplay in TG: you have to use your BM3, shorts, when it`s the most vital moment - usually in taking down guardians with the rest of the party / guild.
 •  In this group we will have maximum 3 commanders at the same time.
 •  This group is awailable for anyone - even for the people from trial group.
 •  The commanders are usually changed every week.

 


5) Trial Group – People in this group must show their intention to become full members.
Activity is a must; you have to participate in the guild`s life, you have to prove that you can also be helpful towards other members when needed, and ABOVE ALL, you have to respect other members.
• Note: trial members  CAN NOT vote in aplications, but MAY express their  opinion in special cases.  
• It`s a matter of personal choice whether a person wants to be or not in the guild.
• Being inactive in trial group, you risk getting expelled from the guild.




           Application system in our guild:

1) Only full members have the right to vote in applications.
2) People from the Trial / Inactive ( Break ) groups can express their opinions in special cases only, however their + or will not count in the final decision.
3) When you state your vote in an application, you have to express the reasons behind your words.
• Note:  If anyone has any kind of questions, he should address them towards the GM,
or V-GMs.
